What does your company do?
Summit Estate Deals LLC is a United States limited liability company that invests in residential real estate. We purchase residential properties and wholesale them to other real estate investors, working with property owners and real estate professionals in selected U.S. markets.
How does your property acquisition process work?
There are four steps: you contact our team about a property, we review the relevant property information and may ask follow-up questions, we evaluate whether the property fits our current acquisition criteria, and if it is a potential fit we discuss possible transaction options with you.
Do I have to sell my property if I contact you?
No. Contacting us or submitting property information does not obligate you to sell and does not create an agreement. You may stop the process at any point.
How is a property evaluated?
We review the information provided about the property, including location, property type, general condition, and occupancy, along with publicly available property data. Criteria vary by market and change over time, so each property is reviewed individually.

How do SMS communications work?
If you provide a phone number and check the separate SMS consent box, Summit Estate Deals LLC may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including property-related communications, appointment coordination, and responses to your requests. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is never a condition of purchasing or selling a property.
How can I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also contact us by phone or email to update your communication preferences.
